His next evolution as a coach incorporated real food nutrition and hormone understanding. By combining his passions for health and delicious food with his analytical research and professional cooking experience. The last development of Gerard's coaching style came after difficult times in his own life. Working through limiting beliefs is the newest area, Gerard assists his clients through, helping to align subconscious programing with conscious goals by understanding food, the body, the psychology of eating and limiting beliefs.
