About me
Gabe DeRita is a goal whisperer and mushroom nerd who left his "fancy tech job" in 2018 to travel the world by bicycle. In the process, he found his calling helping individuals and groups create effective connections with self and others through coaching & facilitation.
Drawing on his background in Authentic Relating, coaching, and psychedelics, Gabe runs workshops, talks, and retreats around the world - from boardrooms to Burning Man. He supports leaders in many walks of life, including Fortune 500 management teams, nonprofits and intentional communities.
Gabe has over a decade of experience with psychedelics, integration and harm reduction. He’s sat with Zendo Project, trained Colorado licensed facilitators with Elementals Psychedelics, and runs retreats with Fungi Academy. He is an innovator in leadership and community building at the intersection of Authentic Relating and psychedelics. His life’s work is dedicated to creating a more connected, relational, and mycelial world.
